Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final on opened or used products.

Because skincare is considered a personal care item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@NoirSkn.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application of any product.

NoirSkn is not responsible for reactions due to individual sensitivities, ingredient allergies, or misuse of products. Ingredient lists are provided for full transparency so you can make informed decisions about your skin.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, NoirSkn is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
