Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, NoirSkn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

Damaged Items

Pre-Orders & Limited Batch Drops (Optional – Include if applicable)

Pre-order items will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
